a hot summer day at the beach in Port Stanley, Ontario, Canada
none of us had every experienced a beach this hot
sunburned and sun stroked so severe, I had blisters down my spine
bedridden and incapacitated for 3 days
doses of a prescription medication for “mental health” were missed
my withdrawal process was horrific
the mental and physical torture I endured caused me to rethink the way I TREATED symptoms
with daily research, I learned NATURAL WAYS OF HEALING -
essential oils, herbs, all natural supplements, functional medicine and so much more
I learned diet is the number one thing that can change a life.
